Took my car in after scheduling online, for purchase and installation of 4 new tires, online coupon applied stated installation was waived. After waiting almost an hour to be serviced, even though I had an appointment, I had the rudest rep named Allen, heavy upsell tactics, attempted to add on an additional $300 to the service needed. Will not return!!! Scammers! Rude and obnoxious, money hungry! One star is generous!
I have been with Elmsford Mavis for 15yrs they are a class operation. I went in today for an oil change and a flat tire fix. It was quickly done in a very professional way .Price was very reasonable.. You guys at Elmsford saved my day. Thanks! P. Sommer
Took car in to replace structs and springs. They damaged 2 of my wheels , wheel lugs, Rim, scratched paint, and didn't replace all parts of the struct and lied about agreeing to change springs. Called for price. Agreed on $980. Brought car in, they said they can't honor that price and it's about $1500 to replace structs, springs due to BMW model. Check new tires before and after they put them on your vehichle. I had a flat and needed a new tire. I had Ontario plates on my car so they knew I was passing through.....They installed a repaired tire with a plug. I paid for a new tire and alignment. Bill was over f240.00 U.S. My husband found the plug. They knew I would not drive hundreds of miles back to confront them. Crooks.
