Do not like customers that know what they are talking abou – Bought 4 tires from them. They wore before the expected mileage expired. Called and talk to the rep- was told that there is no such thing is pro rating on tires. Gave phone to my husband ( I am female)…… guess what, magically enough rep right away agreed that tires will be pro-rated…… Some mechanics just cannot handle customers that know what they are talking about…
