RecommendedAWESOME customer service!! Helped me get a good deal on 4 new tires. Need the alignment check too and they suggested doing my car inspection first in case work needed to be done. They were prompt in informing me what they were doing for car inspection (replacing brake lighbulbs with their cost and quantity needed). And they informed what future car repairs I need along with cost and time to get it done by. Definitely adding this place as a regular place to do business with instead of heading to Walmart.
Today I ended up with a flat tire on my back passenger side while I was out shopping with my friend in East Rochester. We stopped into this Mavis location to get it taken care of. They took my car into the garage, and about 10 minutes later a mechanic came in and told me that not only could he not patch the existing tire, and I would need to replace my front 2 tires as well. Make sure they have your tires before you arrive. We had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT to get new tires on. My husband had to leave work early, I had to get a sitter for the babies, in order to drop my van off. We got there for them to tell us our tires aren’t there yet. Complete waste of an hour of our day.
