I booked an appointment online and drove in at the selected time 11am for a basic tire rotation. The service manager approached me and informed me since my truck is a 2500 the vehicle is too heavy to lift. He then called over his tech to ask him if it was too heavy, and he said it could only do 13k lbs, I informed him my vehicle was 8k lbs. He seemed annoyed I knew this and said well he was the only tech working today so it would take a long time maybe till 6pm (as if that's my problem as the customer).
