Very kind and communicated everything i needed and reassured me i would be safe to drive!
I usually get good service here. However in November 2024 I had my car serviced there for an inspection, brakes, and oil change. We'll about a month later I a light pop on my car saying oil pressure low. It was intermittent, well after a while it was coming on more often. My oil level was checked and I had very low oil. I'm now wondering if the oil change was actually done or if it wasn't completed fully because it was the end of the day. Now I'm not comfortable taking my car there for work.
Kevin at Mavis was able to help me out. He offer great service, made sure the proper part was ordered for my complicated truck, and was able to get me out the door on a timely matter.
