Very Bad Quality Service... Almost Deadly... – We had 2 new tires installed on our car and 1 week later the right passenger tire decided to fly off on Northern Parkway going 65mph. It turns out that they did not tighten the bolts. This is a HUGE and UNACCEPTABLE mistake for a place that installs tires all day long. The car was totaled and we had to get a new car. If they can't even tighten nuts... why are they even trying?
Good for tires, but Terrible for Service – I have been there before and bought tires, which was fine. But this time I went for vehicle inspection. My 2002 toyota Squioa failed because the check engine light was on. They told me they will charge me $98 to find out what is wrong. Called back and asked for approval to change the air filter.
