I’ve utilized the services at Mavis Discount Tires ,in Williston Park, NY, for a few years. I came in today for a diagnosis and was treated so nicely by the entire staff. Ken, and his team, are the consummate professionals and always go above and beyond in terms of customer service. I highly recommend them.
I bought Kumho tires from here. They are failing due to a manufacturing defect and the tread is disconnecting/ peeling from the tire. Kumho says to process the warranty at the "Kumho dealer". Mavis refuses to process the claim. I'm currently waiting on a response from Kumho after several days. After charging me $10 to test the TPMS batteries when it was installed I didn't want to bother leaving a review but this is the latest. I had a great experience at Mavis Tire Supply in Williston Park. Ramon helped me with a tire repair and an oil change for my sister’s car. He was friendly, warm, and professional. The prices were very reasonable, and all of the staff here were kind and efficient. Highly recommend this location. Thank you, Ramon, and the whole team!
