Another great experience at Mavis, thanks to an outstanding location and team! I was greeted professionally by two courteous and knowledgeable team members, Kaelyn and Rodney. They took the time to explain why my car was shaking and properly balanced my tires. I had previously had a flat tire repaired, but the repair had not been completed correctly. Just went there for a flat tire...Rodney is excellent to work with ..honest, professional. Did not try to upsell you - just laid out the options. Turnaround time is excellent. Several customers remarked how quickly they got their repairs done without wasting time.

What a truly great location. Unfortunately I was on my way to the airport, and started to lose tire pressure rapidly on Route 78. Thankfully, I was close to this Mavis Discount Tire. The Team was extremely accommodating, went and picked up the tires I needed and had me back on the road. And, yes I made my flight. Everyone was very professional, and kind, from the Service Desk young woman to the Manager and Techs. Definitely recommend this location without any reservation at all.
