HORRIBLE. Went in for a SCHEDULED oil change, made an appointment for 9 a.m. and left 2 1/2 hours later. They ran out of filters so had to wait for them to be delivered and then they can't reset the information buttons. They worked BEFORE the car went in there and now they can't fix it. My car will always say oil change required because they couldn't fix it!!!
