The managers, Dionel and McClinton were professional and personable. I came in with recommendations for work, from another repair shop. I wanted their opinion. Mavis checked my car and showed me the problems. They explained exactly what was needed and gave me a great price, better than the first repair shop. It was a costly repair, regardless, but my car is safe to drive, which is critical to me. Thank you to the Mavis crew
