Just returned from Mavis on Troy Rd. Even though I had made a reservation it took 2 1/2 hrs for them to install four tires. When I finally got my car back I found that one of the tires was put on "inside-out"- with the tread going in the wrong direction. They corrected their mistake in about 20 mins. I am hoping this is the last of my problems with Mavis.. I won't be taking advantage of the free tire rotation.. rather for someone I trust to do good work...
