BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Total Cons for a big chain. This isn't totally about the Rome branch even though they damaged my truck. So here is what happened to me. A year ago my wife brought in my truck to get a rear tire. In the process of putting it on the lift (they pulled in the truck) the technician damaged the right and left rear quarter panels behind the cab with the lift "up and crunch". i bought 2 Bridgestone tires for my truck and ever sincei picked it up the tire was shaking and found out only 2 of the 6 nuts were tight now i need 2 more tires i called them and they were not nice to me so not going back
