We had an initial good visit with them. Because of our own fault, we could not get the TPMS sensors to get programed by them. We agreed that we would return at a later date to get them programed When my daughter returned to them they claimed they could not get the sensors programed that we paid them 360.00 dollars for and that they had not had the tool that could program them for 4 years. I contacted them and asked to have the sensors returned and a refund issues and they flat out refused and on top of that tried to feed ... read more
Mavis tires are terrible. Warrantied for 100,000 and maybe at the most get 30000. Not worth the money or road hazard. The guys at the counter get a kick back on every Mavis Tire brand they sell to you. So beware there are much better tires out there. Don’t bother trying to talk to the higher ups. They are worthless.
