This place is awesome. I went in thinking I needed new brakes, but it turned out my brakes were fine. They had just collected some rust from my car not being driven very often . I appreciate their honesty. Otherwise, I would have paid for something that I didn't need. Daniel and Josh, thank you both very much.
They give good deals. JP helped me a lot trying to find was was the best I could do to fix my car and also gave me an affordable price
8 am app turns into maybe 12 noon and i was there early with a ref work order #.very disappointed

I do not recommend the Mavis Tire on 103rd Street in Jacksonville. They sold me crap tires. I brought it up to Tim at the Yulee location. He warrantied my tires and gave me a pretty good deal on new, upgraded bigger and better tires. He went above and beyond the call. I had also had the serpentine belt replaced at another shop and they screwed up. I dropped in unannounced and Bob immediately took my car back and fix the problem. GO Elsewhere - Went to Mavis for the first time today figuring we would try them out. Honestly I’d never go back. James at the service counter is extremely disrespectful to customers and has zero care about the customer. Had 4 brand new tires installed - spent $1100 - checked the air pressure in all the tires and every single one was different. Even during this time of uncertainty and crisis, these guys come to work everyday for emergencies like ours. They were so helpful and the (I assume) manager Daniel at 8am was cleaning and taking care of the shop and his people. We will be life long customers. Thanks so much you guys! I forgot to mention I was in and out within the hour!
I went In this morning to get two new tires. Daniel was not just extremely helpful he knew I was on a tight budget and went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed and then some. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with my experience there today and will be back for tires and try out other services that they offer. Thank you Daniel.
MAVIS TIRE BROKE A LUG NUT OFF MY TIRE THEN DUCK TAPED IT AND SHOVED IT BACK ON- didn’t tell me until I heard it fall off While I was driving! I jumped out and pick my lug nut off the ground. When I went to speak to a manager all I wanted was a refund so I can take it somewhere else! He would not give a refund and told me to leave! I am beyond words! It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of their corporate office- apparently all they corporate managers are in meetings all day long! Please please don’t go here! NIGHTMARE!!
