I too found that their "service advisor,," a fellow named Steve, to be dishonest. Steve either lied or was misinformed about the warranty on the tires I had previously purchased at Mavis (STS), although he didn't investigate before telling me the issue was not covered. He knowingly lied in the presence of, and complicit with, a manager about the specifications of the tires I had installed and the brand of the shocks and struts they installed.
