I walked in for an 8AM NYS Inspection at Pine Bush Mavis. I was first in the door and had an appointment that was confirmed twice through email. I was told that there was only one person to do Inspections and he can only do one per hour. I was the only person there for this inspection and I arrived 5 minutes before the doors were even open. The second person that came in wanted an oil change. So apparently they can only do one inspection and it will not be me. bring your pillow as you wait for you inspection. appointment was at 9am for an inspection. did not take the car in until 10am and did not finish it until 1045am. had my other car done at the kingston store and it was finished in 20 minutes and did not wait an hour to be taken in. my suggestion is to find any other mavis rather than this one. would give zero stars if i could.
