Person who picked up the phone intitially was young lady. She didn’t really do anything wrong went to go and get the “manager”. Loser manager has an appealing attitude. And then had the nerve to try and kick me off the phone. Keeping my mother’s car all day because they failed to mention that they didn’t have parts in stock. Now waiting all day for the parts.
