Tire blew out on me on the parkway and this was the closest place to get it replaced. Eric was manning the desk and was very friendly and relatable. It took about 1-2 hours since they had a full shop but I didn’t mind. Eric answered all my questions related to costs and even offered helpful insight on the cost analysis between the different brands of tires that helped me make an informed decision about what tires I wanted to get. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
Eric is awesome
Eric met me at the door with a smile. After greeting me, he asked how I was doing and what I needed. Not sure if he knew the week I was having but the customer service was 15/10. He went over everything that was wrong and recommended what he thought was best. And the best part, I wasn’t waiting for long. Definitely worth a review and with be my main shop.
Damian was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I never felt rushed, and his customer service was excellent. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about helping customers, and Damian definitely does. If you need tires or any other service, I highly recommend asking for him. Thanks again for the great experience!
