Always very helpful in emergency situations. Mavis has always helped me out when either I unexpected flat tire, recently an issue with a rear windshield wiper. Also, they had detected a malfunctioning car battery and replaced it before I had any major issues. Their guarantees are accepted in multiple states as well.
