Our first experience this spring was them putting on a lesser tire than we paid for. They said it was a mistake, and reinstalled the right tire. This week we took our car to our Toyota dealership and we're told the noise we were hearing was a defective tire. Guess where we bought it, Mavis!! We rode ovwrite to Mavis and were told they were short handed and couldn't help us right now. My husband asked for corporate's phone number and their attitude changed. Very poor customer service. Will never purchase from them again.
