I had a appointment booked and saved with email confirmation Matt told me what does that mean we can schedule you for inspection Friday I contacted corporate and no one never called back I’m so done with this location Matt is very rude!!!
I made an appointment for an inspection online and showed up to be told that I couldn’t be fit in at my time (3:00pm) because the inspector hadn’t gone on lunch yet. I explained that I had made the appointment t online and had my reservation number and was told “the computer doesn’t know what’s going on with online appointments.” Totally unacceptable!!

Im a 'regular' customer@Mt Hope Ave location (and even though i moved clear across town, and could go to the site on Ridge Rd)..i prefer this location. I've ALWYZ eperienced 'prompt & professional' service. When i have a question/concern about what's being done, they explain evrythg thoroughly (never any 'hidden' agenda)! Matt & his staff are the BEST ...the techs (Ryan & ..i didnt get the other guys name) NOT only took care of my issue BUT 'showed' me WHAT the issue was. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE 100% TENS STARS!! I showed up at 11AM and asked if they could do a NYS inspection. They asked me to come back at 3PM. I show up at 3pm and they tell me to wait they'll get me in. Only for 4pm to come around and them to tell me they ran out of inspection stickers. Don't waste your time they are inefficient and lack customer service skills. They wasted my time.
