I was very pleased with the service I received today. I called to see if they would be able to get me in today (after 6pm) to look at a screw in my tire. They told me to bring it down. When I got there they took it right in and were done within 20 mins. It wasn’t a difficult fix but the problem was inconvenient and made my day way more trouble. The guy in the office was nice and even gave me a thoughtful gift (the screw) 😂 the tech that worked on my car caught an issue that could have costed me a lot more money and saved me... read more

Although the staff were nice, the experience NOT! I took my care to Mavis because my go to guy was booked out a week and my car was loud as heck! They got me in same day car was ready next day, price was steep! I paid 790 for a new exhaust system because they stated it had a hole in it! Hey gotta do what you gotta do to get your car fixed. 5 months later the same damn noise, cant go over 20 because theres a hole somewhere!
