I visited Mavis in Mount Vernon to get clarification about an issue with my car, and Richard assisted me quickly. Since I’m not very knowledgeable about cars, he took the time to explain the situation and provided helpful insight about my vehicle. My issue was resolved in less than an hour, and the entire experience was smooth and efficient. I will definitely be returning to this Mavis location. Mavis was very professional and had my car in and out in 30 mins with a tire change balance and rotation. Tracy at the front desk made sure i had all my discounts lined up and had me out of there in no time.
