I had an excellent experience at Mavis Discount Tire when I went in to check my Tire Pressure System. CYNTHIA was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure everything was checked thoroughly. The service was fast, I highly recommend and definitely will be coming back in the near future.
Came in for a bolt in the tire, was able to repair quite quickly. Amazing customer service. Quick simple. They let me know of a few things to keep an eye on other than my tire. Couldn't ask for more out of experience.
It's really nice to have a team like Sam and Harry who understands my needs, does not try to force unnecessary services and explains the benefits of why certain services is needed for your car. They understood the value of my time, made me comfortable and I'm definitely will be back to this establishment.
This place is amazing and is above and beyond helpful -- many thanks to Don. I had tolled my car to this location after a pothole incident and by the time I had called the shop the next morning, Don had already gone ahead and ordered the specialized tire I needed for me. I guess the pothole I had ran over was pretty steep because it also dented my rim quite a bit - Don and his team quickly got another vendor to repair my rim, and I was able to be back on the road in the same day.
