I just got an oil change done at feel compelled to recognize the level of service Harry provided. From the very first phone call, he was extremely polite, professional, and patient. He answered all of my questions clearly and didn’t rush me. When I asked if there was any chance he could squeeze me in, he told me to come right away. By the time I arrived, he had everything ready and within 2 minutes, my car was already on the lift being serviced. That kind of efficiency and respect for a customer’s time is rare.
