The staff there are a joke. While I was there the manager was arguing with someone on the phone and cursing like they were in a bar. I waited 2 1/2 hours after making an appointment the day before. The 19 yr old kid who they put to work on my jeep struggled for 30 minutes trying to remove a tire until I left out of fear he would do damage to my jeep. He obviously was not a mechanic!
