The worst cat experience ever in my 56 years on this earth. I had a 2 pm appointment for new tires and an alignment. I was told I would be all set by 4:30… I returned to find my car had not even been worked on at all. I asked what happened and was told “ yeah I don’t know if you can tell we are really busy” Then the could not even find my keys. They were stuffed in someone else’s envelope. We purchased 4 new tires from an online tire company and had Mavis Tire in Marmora, NJ install and balance the tires - what a mistake! I chose Mavis because of price; figuring what could go wrong with install and balance. Waited for two hours to have tires mounted and balanced, drove my truck home and immediately returned the truck. Wheels were out of balance and tire pressures varied by a much as 15 psi from wheel to wheel. They blamed it on a new employee and a loose wheel weight.
