Came in for an inspection two days ago and came in for my scheduled time. I was already waiting an hour, and after I was waiting, they told me that the inspector just left.

This is a two fold review. #1) my wife took her CRV and conveyed to Mavis Johnstown Mechanic she wanted to replace the tires on her SUV with the the same tire she had on the vehicle. Mechanic was asked twice if they are the same tire and replied yes. When she came home, I looked at tires and Theyel were totally different class of Goodyear tire. I had to use my time to go to the garage and explain to the Transition Team Manager in 3rd grade terms that the tire on the vehicle were not Goodyear Weather Ready Tires. An expensive... read more
I came in for an appointment for four tires and I had to wait for 3 hrs just to pull my car in the shop. They are very unprofessional and rude. I will not be coming back there.
