Amazing and attentive staff!! They are very willing to help you resolve any car issues in a timely manner! This has become my go-to tire shop because Dominique and Josh are excellent managers!!

Do NOT bring your vehicle to this shit show of a buisness. The manager has a real attitude problem. I set up a reservation to have 4 new tires put on my jeep that were going to be purchased from Mavis. I asked how long my jeep would sit there before being worked on. The manager flipped out and said they would get to it when they got a chance. Why did i make a reservation? Whats the point. Might as well just show up and hope for the best? Nah. Absolutely horrific customer service. We made an appointment for 8:30 this morning to get all four tires and TPMS sensor replaced. The manager gave my husband an absolutely piss poor attitude and said it could be HOURS. Also stated that the appointment didn't matter. NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Biggest mistake we made. I would never spend another PENNY at Mavis anywhere.
James provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience easy from start to finish.
