Phil is a great manager over there at Mavis. He is willing to help with issues and answer any questions without making you feel dumb. And with guys like Wayne in the shop working on the cars you know you are in good hands. No complaints from me only good experiences.
I purchased four brand new tires on Fri., 4/13/12 at Mavis in Long Beach. I also purchased the hazard warranty on each tire. A mile after I drove away I heard a rattling sound on the passenger side for a couple of seconds. I drove around the block to see what may have caused the sound and found a measuring tool for tires on the side of the road.
