The workers inside were friendly and helpful as always. During my last visit on 4/11/25, a man who appeared to be a regional manager was loudly being condescending to the workers as well as having loud conversations on the phone about store issues that customers should not hear. As a retail manager myself, the staff was great,that managers behavior was unacceptable.

Great team from the technicians to the customer service was helped by Isaac and Dennis and both were very accommodating and helped to resolve my issue quickly and same day I would recommend Beacon Mavis to anyone looking for new tires or automotive service!
came in for an alignment at the end of the day, they still fit me in and had it done incredibly fast! also found issue’s my personal mechanic had overlooked; definitely my new favorite place to bring my little equinox!
