I have great experience every time at the office. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable and pleasant at the office. Special thank to DR. SHARUTI MANOCHA. she is very kind and professional and also very caring towards her patients. i really recommend this place to everyone.
We had a great experience at Mavis Dental. All staff members were friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienists and doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this dental centre for anyone seeking dental care.
Extremely unprofessional. Poor bedside manner, judgmental, and dishonest. My partner went to have her inflamed gums assessed. The technician or assistant (?), upon seeing her pre-existing locked jaw, rudely exclaimed "oh my god"! shocking my partner and then asked to see it again. There was no purpose to this as this finding was not even relayed to the dentist. On Monday morning, I woke up with my cheek swelled up. Having come back recently from the states, I didn't have a regular dentist so I called this clinic for the first time for an emergency appointment. They scheduled me during the same day at 5PM. When I arrived, they did a X-ray and the dentist took a look. She said my teeth and gum are fine and I should go to the ER, given how fast it was swelling.
