I ordered a can of paint and then cancelled within one hour (I found similar locally). I twice confirmed in email that the order was cancelled. They shipped it anyway. I called several times, left messages and finally heard back from "Pablo" who said he was the owner. He promised to credit my Visa card. That was in October. He still has not done so. Disappointed.
I can't speak to the brick-and-mortar business they are running, but do not purchase anything from them online. I ordered an item that was listed well below the market price (1st indication of a scam) and never received anything. After contacting them they apologized and said they would re-send ASAP and provide a tracking number. This never happened.
