My Bernie always enjoys his time at this spa. Rachael is so patient and kind. I enjoy seeing Bernie hanging out with his little friends at the spa when I pick him up. They are always busy, but always find a time for us. Bernie comes home happy, handsome, clean and smelling great!
Amy is an outstanding groomer and has a huge heart for animals! She labors over my thick, thick coated Samoyeds, and does a fantastic, perfectionistic job. They come out ready for the red carpet! I highly recommend Mavid's and Amy!
Our teddy bear puppy's hair gets matted and can be a real challenge. Nevertheless, Amy is meticulous and doesn't rush the job. She truly seems to enjoy spending time with our pup and we always feel that he is in loving hands.
I would give five stars but when I brought my little dog the first time they over trusted him and he nearly but another dog. It was cray cray that day. Not sure if they also do doggie day care and that's why. But my dog came away looking great and none the worse for the chaos so we'll be going back.
