I do not recommended this place at all I filed my 2021 taxes here, it’s almost April of 2023 and I still haven’t received them. Due to them filling a form of me having a business without me even knowing I got Audited, every time I called them to get help they would say that they would call me back and never did. I had to pay money and get help from another tax place in order to not get in trouble by the IRS.
I had been using them for the longest ever without any issues until last year. We are on filing for 2020 and guess what, I have not received my return of 2019 still waiting. Reading previous emails, I noticed a pattern. I had called, emailed and leave messages several times and nothing. There were several times he would answer me and had said same thing to me as he would get back with me which he never did, out of town or simply busy with another client.....I was charged $200.
