Joe is always incredibly helpful and educates you on your vehicle’s specific issues. Very communicative. Highly recommend!
This place is trash, got a customers of there's work order. They billed someone over $1,000 dollars and repairs were not done. How can a place like this make money ripping people off.? I highly recommend going somewhere else to do any repairs to your vehicle.
I'll begin with the owner is a nice guy, very pleasant. If that was all that mattered then that would be great. As far as communication, he relies on an app for updates. It's great but only if he sets it up, otherwise you have to call for updates. I'll preface this with I'm not new to mechanic work, been around a lot of work, done a lot of work myself and understand things happen. If I could rate this place a ZERO I would! They charged us 1000$, had our car sitting in their parking lot for 3 months and absolutely fixed nothing and ordered no new parts! The problem was never fixed and they continually forwarded our calls for weeks on end, ignoring to give any updates.. THEYRE NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BEREAU & THEY SUCK!!! Don’t go there unless you want your money stolen and nothing fixed, if not the first time it’ll be the next time around!
The pictures I posted were taken in the dark because the owner of Mavericks Garage, Mr Joe, works DAY AND NIGHT! My husband and I were traveling back home from San Marcos with our two year old son when our truck started vibrating. We were only about 12 minutes into our 6 hour trip and car trouble was the absolute last thing we were prepared for.
