Kat is an excellent practioner. She is very knowlegable and professional. She asks lots of questions to be able to pinpoint the problems and explains how her therapy can help. Overall a very positive experience.
Very thorough and knowledgeable!
I personally do not like massages but Kat at Maverick Therapy was very knowledgeable and showed me why I might not like them and she taught me how and why it helps! She was able to answer all of my "why" questions and even taught me things that I could do at home to help with stiffness and pain. I highly recommend Maverick Therapy!!
Had my first session. Great wealth of knowledge and friendly atmosphere. I got sent home with lots of helpful stretches and exercises. A+ all around.
