In addition to replacing the air filter and lubricating the blower motor, Felix also made sure that the thermostat on my heater was functioning properly as part of his annual upkeep. In addition to performing considerably more smoothly, my heater now heats the space in a consistent manner. In terms of heating and air conditioning, Maverick was of the highest quality.

Throughout part of the maintenance that Mauricio performed on my air conditioner, he replaced the air filter, cleaned the condensate drain, and checked the levels of the refrigerant. James was very careful as he maintained my air conditioner every year. In addition to checking all electrical connections, he flushed the condensate drain pipe and cleaned the evaporator coil. Now it cools effectively and silently. This HVAC company, Maverick, comes highly recommended.
