De locatie was perfect, midden in Beacon Hill, een leuke, centrale en veilige plek in hartje Boston. Alles is zo'n beetje op loopafstand. Ideaal. De kamer was op zich prima, met goed bed, douche, airco en keukentje. Het is er echter extreem gehorig. De douche van de bovenburen, de deuren van de onderburen, je hoort alles. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I had an emergency come up during my stay here and the service team was so unhelpful. Not only were they difficult to deal with, but they didn't even care. Management and the entire property team only care about money, as it goes when dealing with people in property these days. They were extremely unaccommodating, and they wouldn't even let me change everything like finding a different time to book because of their "policy" We were in the room for maybe five minutes and it was not as the pictures described.... read more
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights, and I have to say this location is PERFECT! It is right in the middle of everything, so it's easy to walk somewhere or just jet over to the train station. There's a cute little sitting area next to the building, just a little garden that gives it the perfect little charm. I loved that the bathroom had heated floors, and I loved sitting in front of the floor to ceiling windows. The only annoying thing is that the TV is angled not towards anything and doesn't swivel.
