We had an incredible stay at Maverick Suites on Newbury Street in Back Bay! The location truly couldn’t be better, you’re right in the middle of everything. Being just steps from the Prudential Center, Hynes Convention Center, and the marathon finish line was amazing, and we loved having endless shops, restaurants, and bars right outside the door. Can only give 3 stars ⭐️ for the following negatives. “had to pay extra money for early check in despite room being available and THE CODE DID NOT WORK after we paid and had to call 🙄 *poor housekeeping, lack of attention to edge cleaning. and the #1 disappointment they charge for additional towels during your stay (no matter how long you book). We booked for 4 nights and 5 days. Who the heck thinks 2 towels, 2 wash clothes and 1 dark washcloth for makeup removal is enough for that amount of days? There is an on-site coin o... read more
My experience here overall was nice. The rooms were well equipped, with a nice kitchenette, and even a decent iron, and a private bathroom. It is a good simple solution to stay in downtown Boston for a not so crazy rate.
