Can only give 3 stars ⭐️ for the following negatives. “had to pay extra money for early check in despite room being available and THE CODE DID NOT WORK after we paid and had to call 🙄 *poor housekeeping, lack of attention to edge cleaning. and the #1 disappointment they charge for additional towels during your stay (no matter how long you book). We booked for 4 nights and 5 days. Who the heck thinks 2 towels, 2 wash clothes and 1 dark washcloth for makeup removal is enough for that amount of days? There is an on-site coin o... read more
My experience here overall was nice. The rooms were well equipped, with a nice kitchenette, and even a decent iron, and a private bathroom. It is a good simple solution to stay in downtown Boston for a not so crazy rate.
While the location is absolutely wonderful. I would never stay here again. We had to pay $75 extra to access the room 1 hour prior to the typical check in despite it being ready for us. The code to the room did not work. They were able to reset it for us but having to pay $75 extra and then not being able to get in was not the best start. The room itself is clean however there was no hand soap in the bathroom, we got coffee but no coffee pot?
