Zomar the person who answers the call, is the rudest person to answer a call in hospitality industry. I have not even checked in and I am already not gettIng a good feeling. Horrible experience DO NOT BOOK HERE!. I spent several days before arrival date calling and emailing everyday trying to speak to someone about a question but no one ever answered the phone or called me back, took them two days to answer me back the day before arrival with an email and when I emailed them back for more information they never answered. So I need to start off by saying I thought this felt a little like a scam, but I was planning a trip to Salem and they were BY FAR the most affordable, so here we are. The picture that was shown on the website was very pretty and cookie cutter, I thought “there’s no way we just got an apartment for 700 for 2 nights, 10 minutes from Salem and it looks like this”. This was a good stay for a couple, the location was great! Everything was clean and comfortable. The only problem was we couldn't connect to the internet, we followed the instructions but it was impossible.
