While the location is absolutely wonderful. I would never stay here again. We had to pay $75 extra to access the room 1 hour prior to the typical check in despite it being ready for us. The code to the room did not work. They were able to reset it for us but having to pay $75 extra and then not being able to get in was not the best start. The room itself is clean however there was no hand soap in the bathroom, we got coffee but no coffee pot? Zomar the person who answers the call, is the rudest person to answer a call in hospitality industry. I have not even checked in and I am already not gettIng a good feeling. There is no receptionist to check you in. No facilities to hold on to your luggage. Each time you call the early check in policy changes. It’s too late for me to look for a new place to live. Horrible experience DO NOT BOOK HERE!. I spent several days before arrival date calling and emailing everyday trying to speak to someone about a question but no one ever answered the phone or called me back, took them two days to answer me back the day before arrival with an email and when I emailed them back for more information they never answered.
