I am 20 miles away and blew one of my drives inside TIRES. I called and asked if I drive there. Can they change the tire, once he was informed him that I had a spare tire he said there was no one there to help me and he recommended another place.

I had a really bad interaction with this company. I broke down less than a mile from their shop, so I gave them a call. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude before I even said a word. Then, they tried to charge me a 2 hr minimum for the tow (when I was no more than 5 minutes away), which they told me would cost at least $250, but they could not give me an exact price. Completely rude and belligerent when I called for a simple service. I proceeded to give my location and received nothing but attitude. Trash Edit: After 8 months they respond to this message saying they treat people they were treated. As you can see, no accountability is being held at this hole in the wall.
