George is great. He made time to help us out with an emergency and does very solid work.
This is the 2nd time I have used Maverick plumbing, Jorge is very profesional. This time I needed my tankless water heater fixed. Jorge diagnosed the problem and told me what parts were needed, he said he could order them or I could, very transparent about all work being needed. I ordered the parts Fedex overnight and he came the next day to install them. We are now happy with hot water! I highly recommend Maverick to anyone in the Santa Cruz area. I will use from now on into the future for any plumbing needs. Jorge Rocks!
I had a reasonably fast response when my garbage disposal started leaking on a Saturday. George came out first thing Sunday morning and replaced the garbage disposal but when testing it, noticed that the sink was not draining properly. He snaked the line from my sink and had everything working properly. Maverick isn't the cheapest plumber nor are they the most expensive but I feel like they are honest and provide exceptional service.
Jorge and his team responded quickly to my request to get my sump pump checked out. They arrived early and were very knowledgable. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and calling them again for any future needs!
I had a good outcome with Maverick’s Plumbing Technicians clearing up my bathroom plumbing problem on a weekend. George the owner responded in a timely fashion and came out the same day I called. The toilet wouldn’t flush plus the bathtub wasn’t draining. He was able to clear out the sewer line so the toilet would flush. He returned after the weekend to finish the job of the clogged bathtub.
