The drivers were so sweet and kind with our aunt, who was struggling with dementia. They communicated with us the entire time. And made sure that she was safe and comfortable for the trip. Highly recommend this company!!
I’m a medical receptionist and I have had the same patient come in and get dropped off at the correct time. After her appt she has waited up to 2 hours to get picked up by this company. Don’t over schedule, these patients deserve to better!
Maverick medical provided transportation for my elderly mom to get back to her assisted living facility from the hospital. They were on time and were able to pick her up in a couple of hours after I called. My mother really like the driver and said that he was very kind.
I've never used medical transport before to get my mom to doctor appts and decided to give Maverick a try. That worked out great! On time and Ebony was a very good driver! This is the way to go for wheelchair accessible transport. I will be using Maverick again soon!
