Pathetic for a "FRANCHISE". Rang ahead, miles from nowhere, with a suspect issue only a professional could diagnose. And was told that they were all booked out! Disgusting that people can be miles from no where, are at risk to the Australian elements, can be turned away. Sorry receptionist person, your job must obviously be the hardest. What?? People who don't tow trailers that are loaded with tools and parts can't travel. What if, the vehicle had elderly, children or pets. It's the human rights of the service. Again disgust... read more
