I called Mr. Maverick's office to obtain some legal advice on how I can purchase a HUD Home next door to me that's falling down. His secretary told me they only handled real estate involved in probate matters. Brian helped my mom after my father passed away. He did a great job with putting deed in her name and creating new will, power of attorney and medical directive. He does what he says he will, true to his word and listened to what she wanted. Definitely recommend !!!
