Lack of response regarding questions/concerns.
I had the unique perspective of seeing the building process from the inside and then experiencing it firsthand when my home was built by Maverick Homes and finished in November. The entire process was smooth, organized, and handled with so much care. Maverick Homes has been a fantastic builder to work with. One of the main reasons our clients started working with them is they are very affordable--more so than other builders we approached. What we also experienced, however, is sincere attention to detail, great customer service, creative design assistance, experienced foremen and subs, excellent quality, and smooth communication throughout the entire process. This is a solid team!
Stay as far away as you can from this company, I got to see one of these homes as they were nearing completion in a neighborhood. I was only there for a couple days but I saw a handful of red flags from this company. To put it simply they cut corners, paid for the cheapest labor and refused to pay some contractors for work.
