We handed some teenage boys under the age of 21 and they were treated by their uncle to go on a helicopter ride (last ride for the day) We headed over on a Friday night. The GPS pulled the wrong address, we called and the lady on the phone stated that 9:45 was the cut-off, so we arrived at 8:47. It was two minutes and not that, but we watched a WHITE couple go in the same time, and the manager sends an employee as we asked why they get to go in and we can't. Worst experience ever Was late one min and they refuse to put me in helicopter and flight was in about 20 min later Neither money back I will never use it again

great trip, new equipment, all english speaking employees, use this company you get what you pay for the pictures and video are overpriced but you can take your own
The Grand Canyon Tour was the highlight of our weekend in Vegas. Our pilot, Eric was wonderful explaining everything and he made the entire time so enjoyable and fun. Seeing the grand canyon, landing in the canyon and then flying over the Vegas strip...what breathing views. Will recommend to everyone....Thank you Eric and Maverick!
Seven people crammed into aircraft is way too many to be comfortable, particularly when the overweight Brazilian gentleman seated next to me had high octane body odor. Got window seat on return leg of flight, with tour of Grand Canyon on outward leg, not overly scenic, and no opportunities for pictures. Pilot was condescending, arrogant and insulted me in an attempt to be funny. Really did not want to hear this after spending $250.00. Took our tour through these guys of the Grand Canyon. Once in a lifetime trip. Lasted a couple of hours, at least. Woud love to do it again.
