and had a maintenance man scheduled and nobody ever came for that service. Last year we had our ducts sprayed for “mold” and it came back again. We had another guy out and he informed us we should have a warranty and to call again. I have Called several times and the phone just rings nonstop and nobody ever answers. As well, we called in June to get air conditioning service out and they told us it would be a few weeks and it took nearly a month for somebody to come and I had to call two more times to get it to happen.
