I initially thought my A/C needed major repairs, but this technician identified a clogged filter as the main issue and completed the maintenance in about an hour. Previously, I was told to replace expensive parts, so this second opinion not only saved me money but restored my trust in professional assessments.

I initially thought the vent cleaning took longer than expected, about three hours, but upon getting a second opinion from another company last time that rushed through it in under an hour, I realized the thoroughness might have been necessary. They found and removed quite a bit of dust buildup that had been overlooked previously, which may explain why this time the cooling seems more balanced throughout the house.

I was initially concerned about the complexity of dismantling the A/C system, but they handled it methodically and completed the task within two hours, ensuring every part was carefully labeled for reinstallation. It's been a week without any issues, and everything is running smoothly.
