I'm surprised this place gets anything above a three honestly! The lady who "helped" me was very short and fairly rude. I understand I have an older drawer and I cannot use any side mounts like the newer drawers take, but I honestly didn't need to have the attitude or anything like that! Even if she didn't have any suggestions at least a better attitude would have been much appreciated! I would avoid this place and go to one of the larger stores! Or just go online. It was a waste of time and I left there pretty frustrated.
Had to replace some kitchen cabinet hinges from the 90s. They offered a modern replacement and advice about installation. Part worked great and was much much cheaper than I thought it was going to be.
Jonathan was so helpful getting the hinges I needed even though they were replacing old ones and the price was excellent
If you're looking for terrible customer service, bad attitudes and overall sad experience then Maverick hardware is the place for you. I brought old hinges in to be matched into a new color that they then ordered for me. I ended up receiving the wrong hinges. I was told they don't have a return policy even for mistakes made by them and that I would be offered a in-store credit. I was happy to find the brackets We were looking for a locally. We paid twice as much, quite literally, then Amazon to get them the same day for a job. When we ended up not needing as many and wanted to return them the very next day they told us that they have no way to credit us. That they do no returns, exchanges or any other options for people looking to do returns at all. I'm never heard of a hardware company never allowing a return especially when it's the very next day.
