I found a specific pair of Old Gringo Boots I wanted and everywhere was sold out or on back order. I found a pair that was a 1/2 size to big but took a chance. Unfortunately they didn't work but Carol called Old Gringo and found me a pair in the size I wanted. She had them rushed to her and then to me. I had given her a certain day to have them to me by naturally waiting till last minute. Both pairs had a hand written card with the receipt. You cannot find that kind of service anywhere.
