The absolute best company to work for in Northern California. I worked here to fill a special order some time back. I was a temp. I wanted to be a full time, permanent employee so badly. They paid well, cared about their employees ergonomics. They were respectful to their employees. They rarely had turnover. Our company ordered capsules for our still wines, yet when they were shipped, they came in a box, no end caps, and every end was crimped. This meant that when we attempted to load them onto our bottling line, each stack had to be gone through and at least 3 capsules on the end were tossed. Our production line stalled. We had to add an employee who stood on the line and manually placed a capsule onto each bottle before sending it through the line--slowing down production and increasing our costs.
