Tess has great customer service skills as well as electrical ones. She is fast , CLEAN, and efficient. No messes left after the work, because she does a 'girl clean' after the work is done. EXCELLENT.

Tess came out in a weekend to fix our lights that kept tripping at the switchboard. She quickly identified and resolved the problem. This was a lifesaver for us as we had 20 guests for a BBQ that night. Tess is a very professional electrician. She knows her stuff and is responsive, punctual and neat and tidy in doing her work. I highly recommend Tess.
