These people have helped me maintain my home for almost two years and I can't overstate how helpful it has been. While Timothy provides handyman services and does small remodeling projects, what he really gives me is time and peace of mind. Timothy's work is top notch and he's someone I trust; he has a key to the house I know he takes that responsibility seriously. I will keep on referring my friends to Maverick Construction and Handyman and especially Timothy!!
Maverick Construction and Handyman was recommended to me by my electrician. I had a job at my condo, and he made me feel like it was a high priority on his busy punch list of clients. He had the work done very fast and I felt grateful. He is great at problem-solving and does very professional work!
I asked David to replace some exterior vents for me and he did that and cleared out the dryer vent. He even showed me what to do so I could continue to keep it clear. You don’t find many like this guy. I was very satisfied with the service and it was a pleasure doing business with him. If you need someone that is responsive, trustworthy, and does good work, David is your guy.
Jeff and his team were very professional, kind, and very good at explaining what he was doing during the repairs. He went above and beyond, during the two days that he was here with his coworker, which I cannot remember his name.They made a great team and it was a very im[ressive experience during the 2 days they were here working. They did a amazing . I am grateful to them. .
This review is long overdue, but I wanted to make sure to give these guys the stars they deserve. We had a very nice and dedicated guy come out to look at a multitude of small projects around the house (sealing windows, repairing drywall, mount light fixture, grouting, etc.). . Our handyman arrived promptly and worked quickly and did a great job! Closet flooring is such small thing but it makes such a huge difference. We'd gladly have him back in the future for other services around our home.
